Our Management

Goldfinch Investments is helmed by Pascal Demierre who is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sustainability and business strategy across diverse industries. With a strong legal background from King's College, London and National University of Singapore, Pascal has further honed his sustainability skills through courses at Oxford University, Harvard Business School Online, and the Cambridge University Institute for Sustainability Leadership. He currently serves as a mentor for the GROW Accelerator program (Southeast Asia's first dedicated agrifoodtech accelerator with an impact focus), and holds the position of Vice-President on the Board of Council Members of the Alliance Française de Singapour.

His early career was with the Kuok Group of companies, where he held various legal positions, including the head of legal for Pacific Carriers Limited. He left in 2005 to co-developed the Halcyon Group, and played a significant role in the incubation, growth and sale of companies in furniture, offshore oil & gas, and natural rubber industries. As the Executive Director and Chief Corporate Officer of Halcyon Agri Corporation Limited, the company developed into one of the world's largest natural rubber organisations, emphasizing sustainable rubber production under the audited HeveaPro mark, and industry-leading plantations under its Corrie MacColl brand.

Since 2020, he serves as Managing Director of Goldfinch Investments which provides general corporate management, structuring and strategic consulting services, and investments focused on aquaculture, sustainable animal feed ingredients, and low climate-impact solutions.
